What we collect

Your Nearby account email, the Ring devices you choose to share, and event data and footage from those devices that you use in Nearby features.

How long we keep it

Evidence packs and shared incident clips expire after 30 days unless you choose to keep them.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all your data from the Nearby app at any time, including copies held by our service providers. You can also disconnect Nearby from the Ring app.

Not an emergency service

Nearby is not a safety or emergency service. In an emergency, call 999.
